Permanent Full-Time Burnie Based

Family Based Care Tasmania is seeking a full time Coordinator to join our dynamic Field Service Management team (FSM), located in Burnie Head Office. 

You will work within the FSM team to ensure effective scheduling of client care requests and rostering of Direct Care Workers using the Family Based Care electronic field service management system.

If you have excellent IT skills, a high level of interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds, while working as part of an empathetic, dynamic, and busy team this is the opportunity for you.

Whilst it is expected that the preferred candidate will have some experience in a Rostering environment, consideration will also be given to a suitable candidate on a traineeship basis.
